Not a pleasant way to start my day. My phone started flashing and said peiople in Hokkaido should evacuate. I think the system is usually used in the event of a major earthquake.

People are saying the warhead wasn't armed but it still would have caused a lot of damage if there had been any sort of miscalculation on NK's side.
